Course Information

Unless otherwise stated, all Aberdeen based IWCF bookings are accepted on the basis that no charge will be made for cancellations, provided we are notified more than five (5) working days from the start of the course. Notification received after five (5) working days will be charged at full invoice value.

For all companies payment of the course fee is due within 30 days of invoice date. Fees are quoted exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. All self sponsored candidates are requested to pay at the start of their course. Credit Cards are currently not accepted.

For IWCF Drilling Well Control and IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control and IADC WellCAP courses, fees include Test Fees, Certification, Registration, Manuals, Tea, Coffee and a light lunch will be provided.

Certification Courses

Candidates on the 5 or 3 day IWCF Drilling Well Control course are offered a resit course at £150.00 + VAT.

Class sizes are restricted to 12 candidates in order to be able to provide individual attention to the candidate.

We also offer a "NO PASS – NO PAY" guarantee for IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control Courses held in the Aberdeen.

Scheduled Upon Request Courses

Historically, these courses have been developed and put on for specific clients, either as part of their personnel development programmes or to cover specific operational situations.

Please note that individual, tailored courses can be built up by combining several scheduled courses into 3, 4, or 5-day programmes to suit particular needs.

General

All courses are offered on the basis of there being at least six (6) candidates. Where this or other circumstances compel Caledonia to cancel a course, the liability of Caledonia shall be limited to the refund of any course fees already paid.

All courses can be run at external locations. The same minimum of six (6) candidates is required. Course prices will be individually agreed with the client.
All courses can be customised to meet specific client needs.

Transport and Hotel Accommodation

Our training co-ordinator can advise and arrange your hotel, and transport to and from Caledonia's training facilities. Any arrangements will be invoiced with a 15% administration charge.
